The gîte La Petite Presqu’île specializes in group rentals: family reunions – stays with friends – sports – business seminars…. For a short stay (2 nights minimum) or for extended vacations :
- Maximum capacity 5 independent rooms for a total of 14 beds:
- 2 rooms of 2 (pers) including 1 PMR
- 2 rooms of 3 (pers) including 1 PMR
- 1 room of 4 (pers)
- Single beds (90*200) or double beds (180*200). We adapt to the configuration of the group. Just let us know the distribution of the beds a few days before your arrival.
- A large fully equipped kitchen and its dining room.
- A large sheltered terrace adjacent to the kitchen to make the most of the outside.
- At your disposal a laundry room with washing machine & dryer.
- A technical space to clean your sports equipment.
- Access to the outside areas (picnic tables – deckchairs…) overlooking the Ria d’Etel.
- Free private parking.
- A welcome gift on your arrival.
For groups who wish to stay in ½ board or full board, do not hesitate to ask us. We can offer you different formulas. Terms to be defined at the time of booking.
La Petite Presqu’île being a calm and peaceful place, we want to keep and respect that. We do not accept groups wishing to party noisily.
